Limits, age and EPIS
Belgium regulates player protection notably strictly by European standards which feeds straight into your play limit. On any licensed site the weekly limit defaults to €200. Adjusting downwards works right away, adjusting upwards follows a check and a term.
Through EPIS the Gaming Commission runs centralised exclusion: the block covers every licence holder in the country. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it. Casino, gaming hall and sports betting are 21-and-over since 1 September 2024; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. Without valid ID you do not get through.
